Return and Refund Policy
This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
- If weather does not permit scheduled session to occur, client will be permitted to reschedule session.
- Packages are expired after 6 months of purchase and non-refundable.
- Packages may be transferred to friends, family, etc with notice, if client is no longer able to use the package.
- Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session.
- Cancellations must be done via text or call to 317-379-7539 or email at info@coachddunc.com
- Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class or a make-up class (no-show).
